A 10 000 € dinner

Ryanair (Irish Budget Airline) Passenger Eats Winning Scratch Card!

An airline passenger ate his €10,000 winning scratch card after he was told he could not claim the money immediately, it emerged today.

The unnamed man was flying with Ryanair from Krakow in Poland to East Midlands Airport in Britain when he won €10,000 ($14,000) with the scratch card.

Crew on board the flight confirmed he had won the prize but told the passenger he would have to collect the jackpot directly from the company that runs the competition as it was such a large sum.

Ryanair said the man then became frustrated and started to eat his winning ticket, ruling out any chance he had of claiming the prize money which will now be donated to charity.

Stephen McNamara, a spokesman for Ryanair, said: “Passengers have always been delighted to claim their large cash prizes after returning home.

“Unfortunately our latest winner felt that we should have his €10,000 prize kicking around on the aircraft.”

The airline asking people to vote online to decide which charity should receive the money. Voting will take place until March 5th.

Rationing at retrirement home

Rationing has been introduced at retirement homes in the municipality of Timrå. The elderly are now only allowed two cups of coffe and a maximum of three deciliters of milk per day.

The personel have critisized the descision and say that they are ashamed when denying the elderly a fillup.

So THIS is how we are going to finance the immigration policies! It is much needed as every one of the - for instance- so called anchor babies costs 680 000 SEK per year ($ 97150), and we get 60 more of these bearded "children" here (in Sweden) every week, all year around! (And that's not including the criminality and burnt out cars and tagged buildings and the littering and broken glass etc, etc that comes with them).
AND we have the highest taxes in the world!

Pictures of anchor "children" or bearded babies here. They supposidly all are between 13 and 17...

Greenpeace- SIGH!

"Governments should not waste our money on a dangerous toy," Jan Van de Putte of Greenpeace International said when ITER was announced in 2005. Van de Putte predicted it will never be efficient - so why bother?

Spokesperson Bridget Woodman said: "Nuclear fusion has all the problems of nuclear power, including producing nuclear waste and the risks of a nuclear accident."

(Which must break the record for the number of false and contradictory assertions you can cram into a 17-word sentence. But that's par for the course these days. When you hear a phrase like "sustainable energy" the opposite is usually intended - the speaker is referring to an energy source that won't sustain anything for very long or very reliably.)

Greenpeace began life as a citizens' group devoted to fighting pollution and the whaling industry, but it's now a powerful de-industrialisation lobby. Its hostility to progress snags it well over $200m income a year. If a scientific breakthrough promises a better of quality of life, then the organisation is probably against it.

So Greenpieces does not want a safe, cheap and an abundant energy source. They don't want us to use energy- period! As anyone with atleast two funktioning braincells knows, Energy equals Money and Money equals Energy! The more expensive something gets- the more money/energy will have to be spent and don't you think that those state subsided solar panels or wind turbines ever would be profitable without the subsides- yours and mine taxmoney...

Dope smoker reports psychedelic hash to police

A 26-year-old man walked into a police station in southern Sweden last week to complain about the quality of his hash, asking for a lump to be tested for traces of LSD after his girlfriend took on the appearance of a dolphin.

The bad news is that the weather is downright sucks. In the short term it will be that the pulsations, shovel and curse the cold. Anyone who so desires may be happy for me to draw any particular rich imprecations against the airheads in the UN's climate panel IPCC, claiming that we are heading for a devastating global warming in which the Himalayan glaciers melt, Holland flooded and our dear old ball more or less uninhabitable. Yes, if not!
Yes, you know what I mean. Then the IPCC report was published, we have witnessed an incitement campaign - surely the most comprehensive in world history, though mostly because communication is so advanced. Scientists, politicians (especially the terrible Al Gore) and, unfortunately, all the world mediepellar have puked up millions of words - no, certainly billion! - About how awful it must be if we do not stop driving, stop burning coal, ending expel carbon dioxide, etc, etc. The basic message, which we often try to hide, is that we must submit ourselves to more rules and regulations, of course, formulated by experts and the noble politicians (as I write this I smile wrong) actually, yes, really want our best.
But: The good news is that the bad news is wrong! Gradually, it has been leaked to the IPCC simply cheated, used ridiculously poor sources (including a student essay), and refused to take into account the facts that pointed in the "wrong" direction. And more. The head of the panel, Rajendra Pachauri, the Indian accused, as I understand it rightly, for corruption. In short: a vertigo of cosmic proportions.

But the reality is a noisy beast. And everything suggests that psychosis and mass hysteria will drive forward a positive development. What we call the market is about to take over - simply because there are billions to gain new energy. Around the World, but not least in the U.S. and China are preparing a new generation of nuclear reactors. Fine! In Sweden we should emulate. Wind power is probably an oblique tracks, but little benefit, it will be done and new methods to isolate buildings will reduce heating - and electricity bills! - Huge. Improved car engine is phased in and around the world improve manufacturing machines and processes. All this leads to more and more incisive research - and millions of new jobs! Those who wish may speak of a paradigm shift - radical and disruptive change.

In doing so, we glimpsed the extension and it is perhaps the best news of all, the end of the dictatorship of oil. And hence a drastically reduced influence in the countries that happen to have had the good fortune to sit on the "black gold".
The idea of a Russia that need to support themselves in work and entrepreneurship is very attractive (though perhaps not for Putin). Hypocritical Saudi princes may cut down on his disgusting luxury and Iran might - might - be a democracy where even women are counted. The unpleasant Hugo Chávez of Venezuela may begin to strain the talking - to the delight of all sensible Latin Americans - and Al Gore can surely find a new chilling disaster to preach about.
And perhaps best of all. The car, which is a far the freedom machine for us ordinary WARE-SLAVE, still has his best time in front of him ...

Unions slam fees for foreign students

Klas-Herman Lundgren at the Swedish National Union of Students (Sveriges Förenade Studentkårer, SFS) argued that the government should be allocating more resources if it wants to improve the quality of education on offer at Swedish seats of learning.

"The government should take its responsibility for further education. Introducing fees will only harm the internationalisation of Sweden's universities, and do nothing for quality," he told The Local on Friday.

Lundgren pointed to the example of Denmark, which experienced a dramatic decline in the numbers of international students after introducing fees, and warned that students will look elsewhere.

Why should the Swedish taxpayers pay for up to SEK 8 000 000 for an edjucation for foreign students? People that almost never take recidency in the country! Why do we WANT these foreign students?

Beats me. You tell me...

Dhimmitude in space: Obama asks NASA to reach out to Muslim countries

WASHINGTON -- NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden said Tuesday that President Barack Obama has asked him to "find ways to reach out to dominantly Muslim countries" as the White House pushes the space agency to become a tool of international diplomacy.

"In addition to the nations that most of you usually hear about when you think about the International Space Station, we now have expanded our efforts to reach out to non-traditional partners," said Bolden, speaking to a lecture hall of young engineering students.

Specifically, he talked about connecting with countries that do not have an established space program and helping them conduct science missions. He mentioned new opportunities with Indonesia, including an educational program that examines global climate change.

"We really like Indonesia because the State Department, the Department of Education [and] other agencies in the U.S. are reaching out to Indonesia as the largest Muslim nation in the world. We would love to establish partners there," Bolden said....

Morgan Freeman- Respect

Morgan Freeman on race and black history month (video 0.55 m).

What is a minority? I belong to a minority group with both my parents born outside of Sweden. Heck, in statistics I don't even count as an indigenous Swede allthough I'm born here and have lived all my life here and have had Swedish citizenship since my birth, I am counted as an immigrant.

Does a black history month sound like a good idea? No! As little as a Finnish Russian month would be for me (or where ever my fathers kin comes from originally. I have heard that they originally were from the southern part of former Soviet Union. Ahh and come to think of it- my mothers ancestors were French- bastards).

I'm also a Laplander. I was born in Lapland and have lived there for the absolute majority of my life. That makes me belong to yet another minority group! And when I lived in Lapland, I was probably the only one that never owned a snowmobile.

Where can I complain? I want my god given snowmobile!

I'm in big trouble
