Now THAT is a very funny one-liner!
You have to keep your sense of humor in times like these...and some common sense too.
None of us still in the market have realized any losses UNTIL we sell or "cash out" - then we cement those losses in place.
Those who stay in and ride it out in solid stocks (well-run companies) will only see "paper losses") and could stand to make big gains by buying now when stocks ae low.
Good luck....I'm sure you'll wind up with BOTH your wife and your money in tact.
